Printable Recipe

2 cups finely ground almonds
¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 tablespoons oil (such as canola, corn or mild flavored olive oil)
2  large egg whites, lightly beaten
½ teaspoon coarse salt

   Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.  Transfer mixture to a parchment lined 10" X 15" X 1" pan.  Cover with another sheet of parchment paper.  Roll or press dough in pan to an even layer.  Try to get it as uniform thickness as possible so they cook evenly.  I used a small plastic bottle on it's side to kind of push and roll out the dough.
Remove top layer of parchment paper.  Cut crackers into desired size.
Bake until golden brown, about 12-14 minutes.

These Sesame Seed Crackers must taste so good with the almond flour in them - it
would add such a lovely flavour. These would be wonderful with good cheese or
just on their own! Thank you for sharing them with the Hearth and Soul blog hop.
