Printable Recipe

2 lbs fresh or frozen fish fillets (thawed), such as grouper, snapper, mahi mahi
4 tablespoons butter, melted                                   
2 teaspoons fresh dill weed, or 1 tsp dried dill weed          
½ teaspoon onion powder                                      
½ teaspoon garlic powder                                     
½ teaspoon salt                                              
¼ teaspoon pepper    

     Preheat oven to 350°F.
     In small bowl combine all ingredients except fish.  Place fish in a baking pan and pour butter and herb mixture over fish.
     Bake about 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.  Baking time will depend on thickness of fish fillets.
