2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Chipotle seasoning (I used KONRIKO Chipotle Seasoning)
lettuce
suggested toppings -
tomatoes
onions
cheese
avocado
cilantro

CHIPOTLE RANCH DRESSING:

½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon lime juice
1½ teaspoons chipotle seasoning


     Sprinkle chipotle seasoning on both sides of the chicken breasts.  Broil on high or grill over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.   Cut chicken into strips.  Distribute chicken and toppings equally on beds of lettuce for desired number of servings.
     Combine dressing ingredients.  Mix until well blended. Serve with salad.

Serves 2-4
