Printable Recipe


2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
2 cups milk
1 cup Parmesan cheese - divided
1½ teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
2 (16 oz) packages chopped broccoli, thawed


     Preheat oven to 350°F.
     Simmer cream cheese, milk, ½ cup Parmesan cheese , garlic powder and salt on low heat until smooth.
     Put chicken and broccoli in a greased 9" X 13" pan or 3 quart casserole dish.  Stir in sauce. 
     Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
     Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and top starts to brown.
 
Serves 6-8
